Széchenyi tér 3.
Recommended by Szeged Tourism
A hotel on Széchenyi tér, the city's main square, since 1885. Its two grand halls, the Concert Hall and the Mirror Hall, still host events today; it also has five suites with period furnishings.
Built in 1885 to designs by Jiraszek Nándor and Krausz Lipót, it was named after Prime Minister Tisza Kálmán. Bartók Béla gave concerts here in 1929, in the grand hall, and in 1935, together with Basilides Mária.
You can park in the courtyard; it's worth letting them know in advance.
