The Balla brothers' long-running burger joint and their bistro joined forces in a community centre in Alsóváros. Burgers and creative bistro cooking from regional produce; in summer most of the vegetables and herbs come from their own garden.
What to order
Gault&Millau singled out a starter of pumpkin in several textures and a lime and pear tart. In summer, try the creamy Brazilian lemonade.
