MICHELIN Guide selected Gault&Millau 16/20 Dining Guide TOP 100 · no. 32
Hidden in a courtyard flat of a city-centre house, behind a locked gate. Chef-owner Krisztina Katkó used to be a business journalist; at 7 pm she greets every guest herself and tells the story of each course. Every three weeks there's a new eight-course menu mixing old and new flavours.
Thursday to Saturday only, from 7 pm, and booking is essential: tables fill up well in advance. The price includes a drinks pairing with many natural and biodynamic wines. Going by its 2026 Gault&Millau score, it's among Hungary's ten best restaurants.
