It used to be a closed kindergarten's yard. It's fully fenced and the gate has a bolt, so little ones can't run out into the road.

It opened on 1 April 2026 as Szeged's 133rd playground. The Tabán utca kindergarten had closed the year before, and its yard was separated off so the neighbourhood's children could use it.
There are 11 pieces of play equipment, including the old kindergartners' favourite, a ship-shaped slide and climbing frame, which was refurbished. Quarry sand cushions any falls.
